Ingredients:
2 cups cooked ham ( cubed)
1 red bell peppers ( chopped)
1 medium onions ( chopped)
1 clove garlic ( crushed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans ( rinse & drain)
1 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans ( rinse & drain)
1 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans ( rinse & drain)
1 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes ( undrained)
1 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) jars mild picante sauce
1/2 cup water
1 (2 1/2 ounce) cans black olives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules ( or one cube)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
In Dutch oven, heat oil and saute peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.
Add ham, beans, tomatoes, tomato& picante sauces, and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add remaining ingredients, lower heat, and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, if desired, for”chili mac”.
