Ingredients:
1 (7 1/4 ounce) packages macaroni and cheese mix
3/4 cup milk ( to make cheese sauce)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 ounce) jars diced pimentos, drained
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In the same pan, saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Return macaroni to the pan.
Add milk and contents of cheese sauce packet; stir until smooth.
Stir in the soup, tuna, mushrooms and pimientos.
Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
