Ingredients:
2 quarts chicken stock, preferably home made
6 chicken legs, deboned
1 piece ginger, finely diced
6 cloves finely diced garlic
2 tablespoons butter (optional)
1 whole onions, diced
1 1/2 cups diced mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup diced scallions
1/2 cup diced shallots
3 tablespoons soy sauce
French bread
Directions:
Take the Onion,garlic,scallions,shallots,P, lemon juice.
Sweat in the butter and olive oil.
Place in chicken pieces and stock and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add salt and pepper.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Place in bowl over slice of french bread drizzle olive oil and soy sauce.
