Ingredients:
1 cup chopped left over meat ( steak, pork chops, chicken, turkey, etc)
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup frozen English peas
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
Directions:
Saute onions in oil for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add cubed potatoes, seasonings and water and smother until potatoes are almost done– about 15 minutes.
Add chopped meat and frozen English peas and simmer until heated through.
