Ingredients:
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1 eggs
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
cinnamon
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in a saucepan.
Cook stirring over medium heat until thick.
Add Flax and splenda.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
