Ingredients:
5 lbs medium ground pork butt
1 1/2 cups fine chop onions
5 cloves pressed garlic
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup sage
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon basil
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/4 lb butter
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well& stuff into sheep casings, or make into patties To cook, fry.
