Ingredients:
2 cups cut up cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onions
1 cup chopped ripe olives
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed corn flakes or 1 cup potato chips
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Mix the chicken through the mayonnaise and put into a shallow baking pan (or pans).
Top with the corn flakes and cheddar cheese.
Bake at 450 F for 10-15 minutes.
