Ingredients:
1 large onions ( diced)
2 garlic cloves ( minced)
1 lb ground beef
1 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup water
2 cups long-grain white rice
Directions:
Cook ground beef with onions and garlic in skillet till cooked through. Drain fat.
Add all other ingredients except rice and heat to boiling.
Add rice and cover. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
