Ingredients:
6 strips bacon, diced
1 medium onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
3 cups great northern beans, canned
3 cups chicken broth
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Brown the diced bacon in a heavy pot.
Add the onion and celery, cooking until just soft.
Add the beans and chicken broth.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
