Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 small onions, chopped
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place the patties in the skillet to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains in the center.
