Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) packages shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 tomatoes, peeld and diced
1 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased 11×7 inch baking dish.
Combine cheese and next 3 ingredients, and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with chilies.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve over rice.
