Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 onions, chopped
1 bell peppers, chopped
2 lbs peeled crayfish tails
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French onion soup
1 1/2 cups rice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.

Servings: 10

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 65 min.
