Ingredients:
125 g butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
icing sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Line 20cm tin with paper.
Melt butter then add cocoa and then stir in sugar.
Add one egg and stir well.
Add other egg then coconut and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to mix.
Pour into tin.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Stand in tin 5 mins then turn out.
When cold cut into bars and dust icing sugar.
