Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
3 tablespoons soy flour
1/4 cup butter
4 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk ( or skim milk if you prefer)
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup almonds (optional)
Directions:
Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave Add Splenda and stir until smooth Mix in remaining ingredients Add nuts, if using. Bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes.
