Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup brandy
1 teaspoon real vanilla

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and then stir them into a cup of boiling water.
Boil for 5 minutes and then add butter, brandy, and vanilla.
Serve hot over mince pie or gingerbread.
