Ingredients:
15 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch cardamom (optional)
3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and grease a 9″x9″ (23×23 cm) pan.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and beat for 3 minutes.
Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with half the blueberries.
Pour the rest of the batter into the pan and top with the remaining blueberries.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut into 16 squares.
