Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F Grease a 10″ pie plate, Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions into plate.
Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate.
Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
