Ingredients:
24 prepared tart shells
1 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
Divide raisins among the tart shells.
In a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla.
Pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full.
Bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven.
Cool on wire rack.
