Ingredients:
1 cup quick grits
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup oleo
4 beaten eggs
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water.
Stir in oleo and cheese.
Cook until done.
Let cool, stir in eggs.
Pour into casserole dish,.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
