Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries ( like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
1 ripe bananas
1/2-1 cup apple juice
10 ice cubes
Directions:
Put fruit in blender.
Add any kind of juice.
Blend away.
