Ingredients:
1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
0.5 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
Put all in a blender, except nutmeg.
Pour into a glass, top with dash of nutmeg.
