Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs ( beaten)
1 cup creamed corn
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Heat oven 400.
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients.
Combine.
Pour into a sprayed 9×9.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
