Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bourbon
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 fresh crushed garlic cloves
flat cut top round beef or flank steaks
Directions:
Score meat with a knife of both sides. Combine all ingredients together and marinade steak for 3 hours or longer in the refrigerator.
Broil or grill to desired doneness and slice on the diagonal.
