Ingredients:
2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 tablespoons canola oil ( or 1 tblsp. olive and 1 tblsp. sunflower)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
pepper
salt
parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ( Place a tablespoon in a jar of remove it. Add this to the mix.)
Directions:
Mix in a bowl.
Add greens on top and toss!
