Ingredients:
5 large tomatoes or 5 large yellow tomatoes, sliced
16 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
5 -10 roasted garlic, with pearl onions and herbs
10 basil leaves ( green, purple & or baby)
1/8 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped ( two inch sprig)
salt and pepper
Directions:
On a large platter place tomatoes slices.
Following with the rest of the ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
