Ingredients:
2 lbs firm ripe tomatoes
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut in small cubes
1 cup fresh basil, chopped or 1 teaspoon dry basil
1 cup fresh oregano, chopped or 1 teaspoon dry oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
In lg bowl, toss all ingredients.
