Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries or 1 cup peaches
8 ounces soft tofu
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup ice
1 teaspoon honey
1 bananas
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup peach sorbet

Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Servings: 4
