Ingredients:
2 ounces Spanish olives with pimento
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb fish fillets, of choice
olive oil
Directions:
Throw the olives in a blender. Add the garlic and pour a couple of glugs of olive oil in there with them. Blend and taste. Add more of whatever it might need, too oily? Add more olives. Too olivey? Add more oil. You get the picture.
Spread mixture on top of fillets in a baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350*.
