Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
In skillet, brown chops in hot oil, for 5 minuts on each side.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Put chops on serving platter.
Spoon sauve over.
