Ingredients:
1 (40 ounce) cans cut sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Place sweet potatoes in an ungreased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or heated through.
