Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( approx 4 oz each)
Directions:
Blend oil, mustard, honey, curry and tarragon.
Arrange chicken in a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
