Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese ( 4 oz)
8 hamburger buns, split
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Stir in soup and soup mix; heat through.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Place about 1/3 cupful on each bun.
