Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
Mix all.
Pour over meat of choice and let marinade overnight.
