Ingredients:
3 large yellow turnips, peeled and grated
5 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet and saute the turnips until soft and deep yellow in colour.
Season with salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Serve hot.
