Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
6 cups water
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
Directions:
Brown sausage and vegetables; cook 3 minutes.
In a 9×13 pan, mix rice, water, and soup mix.
Add sausage mixture.
Bake, uncovered at 400* for 45 minutes.
