Ingredients:
1 can red beans ( about 6-7 oz drained)
1 large tomatoes
olive oil
salt
black pepper (optional)
Directions:
Drain the beans and wash them with cold water and put in a bowl.
Cut the tomato into cubes as large as you like and add to the beans.
Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper; perhaps it might take some fresh parsley or chopped onion.
