Ingredients:
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces ( no substitutes)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange rind
3 tablespoons orange juice
Directions:
Combine pistachio nuts, almonds, butter, honey, orange peel, and orange juice in a food processor bowl.
Cover and process until mixture is the consistency of butter.
Serve at once or cover and chill. Serve with apple or pear wedges.
