Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup minced red bell peppers
1/2 cup diced green onions
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
Directions:
Whip cream cheese and gently stir in pineapple, bell pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 of the pecans.
Pat out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Refrigerate overnight and roll in remaining pecans before serving.
