Ingredients:
4 chicken legs with thigh
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 cup crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice
1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 cup currants
1/3 cup prepared orange juice, unsweetened
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken.
Pat dry with paper towel.
Brush with cooking oil.
Brown under broiler.
Place in small roaster.
Stir remaining 7 ingredients together in bowl.
Pour over chicken, cover.
Cook in 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
