Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 (6 ounce) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
1 medium bananas
1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
Directions:
In blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
