Ingredients:
2 cups chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil ( or more for consistency)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Place all ingredients in a mini-chopper or blender and blend until smooth.
