Ingredients:
12 ounces tri-colored pasta
1 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
4 green onions, chopped
4 ounces cubed marbled colby-monterey jack cheese
3 ounces pepperoni, cut in half
1 cup Italian dressing ( I use Kraft Light Done Right House Italian)

Directions:
Cook rotini pasta according to package directions.
Drain and rinse the pasta in cold water.
Add the rest of the ingredients; mix and refrigerate.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 30 min.
