Ingredients:
1 anjou pears, sliced thin
1 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup crumbled Stilton cheese ( or any blue cheese)
2 heads arugula, torn
1 head romaine lettuce or 1/2 lb spring greens
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon walnut oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
mix lettuce and arugula, toss with salad dressing.
serve on 4 plates.
top greens with cheese, nuts, and 4 slices of pear.
