Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons chopped gingerroot
1 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
3/4 lb linguine
4 green onions, chopped
1 red bell peppers, julienned
1 yellow bell peppers, julienned
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
DRESSING :.
Puree dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 2 mins, then pour into a large bowl.
NOODLE SALAD:.
Cook pasta as directed, drain and rinse under cold water.
Add pasta, green onions, bell peppers and sesame seeds to dressing.
Toss together and serve immediately.
