Ingredients:
1 cup tomato juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 large onions, diced
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves (optional)
Directions:
Mix all together thoroughly.
To use, line a 9×13 pan with meat.
Pour in sauce, and bake 1-2 hours depending on meat.
Turn frequently.
