Ingredients:
225 g peeled and sliced daikon radishes or 225 g jicama
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
salt
Directions:
place daikon in a bowl.
in another bowl, whisk the oil vinegar, oil, orange zest adn salt until dressing is well blended pour dressing over the daikon, toss salad well.
serve immediately.
