Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
whipped cream
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff Mix together sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, vanilla and baking powder Fold gently into beaten egg whites Bake in a 9 inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes Top with whipped cream.
