Ingredients:
4 1/2 lbs pork spareribs
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
Directions:
Heat oven to 325′ F.
Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 1 hour.
Mix molasses and mustard.
Stir in vinegar.
Brush ribs with this sauce.
Bake ribs an additional 45 minutes (until tender), uncovered, brushing frequently with sauce.
