Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups oats
1 cup coconut
salt, just a pinch
nuts (optional)
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in dry ingrdients.
Add cornflakes, oats and coconut.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Makes about 5-6 doz.
2 1/2″ cookies.
Bake at 325 degrees for 8-12 min.
(Until light brown).
