Ingredients:
3 (14 ounce) cans ready-to-serve chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) packages frozen tortellini ( meat filling gives the best results, but use whatever kind you want)
1 (16 ounce) bags frozen Chinese vegetables ( or any type you like)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
Directions:
In a large saucepan, place the chicken broth and, over high heat, bring it to a boil.
Add frozen tortellini and veggies, let return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tortellini is tender; stir occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in onion, sesame oil, and ginger; serve.
